Description
关于PCB

PCB or printed circuit board is the traditional name for bare board. You provide us with gerber data and use it for component installation after we deliver it to you.A printed circuit board (PCB), also called printed wiring board (PWB), is a medium used to connect or "wire" components to one another in a circuit. It takes the form of a laminated sandwich structure of conductive and insulating layers: each of the conductive layers is designed with an artwork pattern of traces, planes and other features (similar to wires on a flat surface) etched from one or more sheet layers of copper laminated onto and/or between sheet layers of a non-conductive substrate. Electrical components may be fixed to conductive pads on the outer layers in the shape designed to accept the component's terminals, generally by means of soldering, to both electrically connect and mechanically fasten them to it. Another manufacturing process adds vias, plated-through holes that allow interconnections between layers.

Printed circuit boards(PCB) are used in nearly all electronic products. Nowadays, except for the simplest commercially produced electronic devices, almost all printed circuit boardsPCB) are used.A PCB containing electronic components is called a printed circuit component (PCA), printed circuit board component, or PCB assembly (PCBA).

About RIGID PCB

About Rigid PCB

A rigid PCB is a sturdy, non flexible printed circuit board. We all know that PCBs can be single sided, double-sided, or multi-layer. Meanwhile, printed circuit boards can be rigid, flexible, or rigid flexible (a combination of rigid and flexible PCBs).

Therefore, a rigid circuit board is a type of board that we cannot bend or force to deform. It is not flexible. Rigid PWB can be single sided, double-sided, or multi-layer. Once a rigid circuit board is manufactured, it cannot be modified or folded into any other shape.

Rigid circuit boards are made from solid substrates with copper tracks and component layouts, where active and passive electronic components (via, SMD components, or hybrid PCB components) are soldered using automatic via soldering techniques such as wave soldering or automatic surface mount technology (SMT) such as reflow soldering. Manual welding can also be performed.

Advantages of Rigid PCB:

ü cheaper than flexible PCBs

ü More durable than flexible circuit boards.

ü High quality and density.

ü Widely used in many electronic devices.

ü More demand and supply.

Uses of Rigid PCB

Rigid Printed Circuit Boards offer increased circuit density and can reduces size and overall weight of the board. This is why many electronic companies in the world use these boards in several electronic devices and gadgets:

² Computers and Laptops

² Telecommunications Equipment – Mobile Phone, Tablets and other Hand Help Devices

² File server and Data storage

² Signal transmission, mobile phone repeaters, GPS

² Satellite

² Medical Equipment: Testing, X-Ray, Heart Monitor, CAT Scan

² Industrial Equipment

² Atomic and Nuclear Systems

² Military and Defense Equipment

² Automotive

² Aerospace

Anywhere, where complex Circuitry is needed.
